Tessa Denison is our lead designer and has been adding her design skills, innovation and flair to automotive websites for 15 years now and this includes more than 10 years working on the Perrys website. Whilst she has a lot of automotive website experience, Tessa’s career started in NPD and packaging design. So she brings a huge amount of experience to website design gained in very demanding categories. She has a team of designers that working with her that provide fast and knowledgeable proposals based upon your brief. Tessa and her team work through the user experience when designing websites to ensure that the optimum information is presented at the right time to encourage the user to make the next step in the buying process.
And they like nothing more than a tough design challenge or a client that constantly wants to re-invent their website. Whilst we have account handling support, we believe that it is important for the client to have direct access to the designers working on their website. Either in meetings or by skype video conferencing, or by phone, whichever you prefer.
Julian Perry is the DA technical head who runs the IT team. Julian has a large team of IT experts who deal with all forms of website building and database management. There are mobile and SEO experts in the team so that they passionately manage the build with rigorous best practice developed over many years.
But best practice is also about monitoring sites and ensuring that performance is always at its highest. And with the search engines constantly changing their algorithms and new developments in software – it is a constant challenge.
The IT team are also easily accessed by clients so that you can speak to the person doing the job. If it’s a small bug you find then it can be fixed in minutes or they can develop new modules or features quickly.
Steve Chippington heads up Marketing and Account Handling. Steve is quite new to the auto industry but brings decades of high level marketing expertise gained in the entertainment, retail and technology sectors. His passion is the internet and helping you drive business for your dealership.
Steve will help you get your new website live and make sure that you and your team are fully trained to make the best use of it. But the internet is a dynamic sector and we need to have a ‘road map’ agreed with you so that your website evolves alongside changing consumer demands and enhances the latest technology as it becomes available.
